How long wait to hear from therapist?
Hello, I'm very new here.. I signed up for the 3 day trial and I was hoping to chat with a therapist. After filing out all the forms and payment info the bot said they would be available shortly and I'm just wondering - does that mean minutes, hours or days? Thank you.

It can take up to 3 days for them to message you back. Also please know that after the 3 days is up, you cannot cancel your subscription and they take the whole month at a time instead of daily like advertised

Oh. I signed up because I thought it was 'instant chat'. I've been waiting two hours and the day is almost over. Feels like a waste of time.

PLEASE be sure to cancel your subscription ASAP or you will be like everyone else in that thread I linked. They all lost over $150 and were refused refuneds.
