Hi! That can feel so awful to have hurt someone we love.

If it was me I might apologise and then listen to whatever he wants to say, and have a chat about it. Just really listen without being defensive. If I am worried I might overreact I have a pen and paper and write those things down instead, so I can 'overreact' later by myself or with a counsellor. 😊 And learn to manage emotions and communicate better so we can work toward not doing it so much.
