I need guidance

Hi, I've reported a listener that was insulting me, I don't want to share names for now, but I've sent an e-mail to info@7cups.com and it's been more than a week and... no response.

I see that the listener's profile says "item removed", however, couldn't that be because he switched his username? I just really want someone to give me some guidance, I was expecting a heads up from 7cups and that never happened...
