I've got a technical feedback loop error

When I try to connect to a therapist, it says it already picked one for me. When I try to talk to that therapist, it won't work. It says it was cancelled. I don't think I cancelled it myself
I hope it gets fixed soon and you can be in contact with your therapist soon!
