The My Impact page displays various statistics from your time as a listener, including your cheers earned, compassion hearts earned, forum upvotes, and people helped. You can also see a list of your badges earned, and a list members you have recently chatted with.
Compassion hearts are earned when another user hearts your message in a group chatroom or in a 1-1 conversation.
