Phone keeps logging me out?

i like to use the 7 cups app on my phone because it is more convenient for me, but it keeps logging me out, which is super inconvenient and i hVe to keep signing in every other time i open it. i am signed it to both member and listener accout on here, if that changes anything. How do i stay signed in?
