Where do I check my hours?
Hey, does anyone know where or how to check on the number of hours someone has spent on 7Cups? I'm trying to find a way to do it because I need to know how many hours I've spent here.

Hello! You can find how many hours you have spoken to members here (click me!) - you will need to click the subheading "certification" in order to see your hours. So it won't tell you the number of hours you have been on the platform as a whole but it will tell you how many hours you have spent talking to members in 1-1 chats.
@bookworm274 Thank you so much, you don't know how long I was trying to find this! One last question though, you mentioned that it only tracks the hours you've spent in a chat, does it ad to your time by just being in a chat? or is there some sort of requirement like they must have typed something within x amount of minutes or something. If you don't know it's fine and again thank you.

I think there's some inconsistency with the time tracker, but I'm not too sure. One time I spent two hours talking to four members, but when I opened my certificate the hours had gone up by three. Probably the hours don't update right away, or it's just an estimate.

The way that hours are counted is being answered by the Developer team so that the community can understand how hours are counted. There should be an update by EvelyneRose about it down the road about the hours being counted down the road.

I noticed the same thing, the counting of number of hours is not accurate. Do you know why is that ? Is there any specific criteria that needs to be matched to count a chat hour ?
