Getting unstuck with school work and motivation

Hey people, just wondering if anyone has advice on keeping up with school work on a daily basis. I sometimes do it for like a straight week then get burnt out then I repeat this cycle or I don't do it for months than relapse?

@ivorySugar1970

I feel this way 2 :(

Usually what I'll do is take a day off, do anything else like sports and stop thinking about studying AT ALL. The day after that I normally would have a little more motivation to study.

I understand you very well, since I myself often find myself in a similar situation, but in my case it's all because of my character and habit of putting everything off until the last moment, and therefore I often do not have time to finish the work that they gave me, this is a terrible trait and I struggle with it as best I can, when I studied at the university, I spent a lot of money on this so that the guys perform those tasks for me, it’s good that there are such services as https://www.phdresearchproposal.org/, otherwise I would have flown out of the university in my first year

I get this so much, I actually just got out of one of these cycles. The biggest thing that i do that helps me in this situation is to take some time for self care, and then to make a game plan (hopefully a realistic one) so I don't feel so overwhelmed with the amount of stuff I have to do. Take it one step at a time and try to remember that this won't last forever <3
