Need some help with whatever this--is... :||
I have horrible memory....i usually cant remember or cant pay attention to something anyone told me something a minute ago...my leg always shakes and my parents always get mad at that....and I have HORRIBLE sleep schedules, and my grades have just been slowly declining over the years, I just space out or just start doodling or something and forget I have class and because of that I get bad grades...is this something bad or is it just regular stuff..?? And should I get checked for something?????

Hello, and how are you?
Just as FrenchMarbles was saying, we aren't able to give specific advice, but I'm sure talking to a school counselor or any trusted adult about your issue may provide possible solutions!
Something that may help in the meantime while you seek a doctor's assistance could be some ADHD attention management skills! I recommend Black Girl Lost Keys for some sympathetic articles that may help guide you to some possible solutions.
As for memory issues, and again these are suggestions to tide you over while doctors do their things, something I personally have found helpful is phone reminders! I can't remember a lot of tasks I have to do, so I have reminders set up on daily/weekly/whenever schedules that pop up to alert me to some tasks I said I would do a week ago (that I forgot about five minutes after putting it in my phone). It may not be a perfect solution, but taking thirty seconds to make an alarm in your phone to go to class at a certain time, or to remember assignments, might save you some time in the long run.
