Am I the only one suffering from the fall/winter insomnia? It's almost 4am and I find myself restless and can't turn my mind off lol! It's one of those nights!

@DamonRebel

I don't really have a season. My body fight sleep apnea vs insomnia, so when I do sleep it's not good

Yeah I guess insomnia doesn't have a particular "season" but sleep apnea isn't any good either, in between my knees aching from the weather change to calming myself down to settle in enough to fall asleep is pretty hard. Keep your head up, insomnia eventually gives way enough to sleep smiley

@DamonRebel

Have you tried a heating pad on your knees?

Yeah I've tried heating pads, tigerbalm ointment ect. It's pain from old injuries from sports in junior high and high school, I'm only 32, I had no idea the aches would be this bad lol!

@DamonRebel

I was hit by a car in Which I landed on my knees when I was 12 and I had to quit running as the doctor said the cartilage would disappear. My injuries in my hips and side still haunt me.

Most doctors say heat, which semi works, but I can't live in a bathtub. Lol

I understand your pain

Yeah, sometimes I wish I had a Jacuzzi to hop into and relax in at the end of the day

@DamonRebel

I would be happy with just a bathtub. All I have is a shower, sigh.
