Reasons to be cheerful - Let's find something cheerful as a community, every day, for a month!

This month, I have decided to attempt an experiment through posting about the things that have made a positive impact upon me, once per day for a month! I am posting this to my 7cups feed with the intention to try and test my thoughts to find positivity within even in the worst of days. Rather than keeping the experiment to myself as a test patient, I'd like to see what would happen if I were to spread the thought outwards to the community, good vibes should be free and plentiful in supply!
The idea behind the "Reasons to be cheerful" experiment is simple:
- write something, somewhere that isn't likely to land you in trouble such the refrigerator using letter magnets, in a notebook, on your social media, post it on your 7cups feed to share your progress with listeners and members alike
- It doesn't have to be any more than two short words, several punctual lines or even any less than a sprawling essay. Right in a way that feels right for you
- The only rule is, what you've written has to have made you feel any variation of CHEERFULL for even for the skinniest of seconds today. Perhaps it could be something no simpler than the cafeteria having had fresh apples today instead of horribly dry things, or maybe hugely profound to the magnitude of saving a falling child from a seven-story building.
As with a lot of things in life, this experiment is completely optional, although, it would be lovely to see the community take this journey together, seeing where it takes you by the end of a month :)
KEEP CHEERFUL !!!!
@Muzzlehatch
I like this idea, cheerful thoughts promotes positive ones😁 I'm in 😀
Ok, so I dont like coffee! And especially without sugar yuk! Everyone morning I make a cuppa tea in my thermos mug, and go for a walk with my dog. So this morning I'd realised I'd ran out of t-bags! I hate it when that happens, so I had no other choice than to reach for the coffee jar, plus I had no sugar either, so I wasnt exactly thrilled with my options! But I did have some vanilla essence 😊, bingo! While coffee with vanilla essence, omg it was delicious, who'd ever thought I'd turn into a coffee fan 😀👍
@Arora35
I see! so you found a way to create something scrumptious out of something you would otherwise refuse to touch with a very long stick!
@Muzzlehatch
Precisely 😂 I might start mixing up a few other things too 👍
@Arora35 Who knew mixing the contents of a kitchen cupboard together could have such delicious results :D
@Muzzlehatch
Exactly, I'm quite a good cook, food is one thing I'm good at so I'm definitely going to mix some flavours up and get a bit more creative. Chicken lasagne tonight, with layers of aubergine instead of pasta😁👍
— REASONS TO BE CHEERFUL, DAY EIGHT —
Today I had a good driving lesson which I feel has taught me several valuable skills to use whilst driving; hooray for advancement. Furthermore, I made progress on furthering my academic pursuits after having had kept away for so long due to personal reasons. PS - Dinner using some leftover scraps kept in the freezer was very much delicious today!
@Muzzlehatch
I also made a pasata sauce made up from scraps in the fridge, a bit of everything went in there I think haha (waste not what not)
The return of my favourite denim jacket cheered me up no end today, I thought I'd lost it a few weeks back and I was gutted because I'd had it years and it had all my charity pins on the collar. I'd lent it to my sister in law and totally forgot🤷♀️🙈
I got to spend time with my cat. ❤❤
