Would you rather have a rewind button or a pause button on your life?

Rewind, so hopefully I can learn and not make the same mistakes I did.

Rewind

rewind to enjoy those nostalgic moments

This question really made me think. I would want neither. A rewind button would only remind me of the things I should have done or could have done. A pause button would leave me stuck in the past. Who would want that? I rather keep forward and anticipate the future. Challenge myself to live in the moment, with faith in knowing that all shall pass in due time. Reach out to someone if needed.

Life is for the living. Obstacles are not barriers, they are stepping stones.

A pause button. I feel as though the moment if always fleeting. I just never have time to really let it sink in. Plus, imagine how much knowledge I could accumulate in a pause. It would be great! I dont want to obsess over the past any more than I already do.

Definitely pause!

Pause . I need a break

Rewind. The clique is to not have any regrets and that every little things you do everyday brings you to where you are now. But realistically Id change a lot in my life if I could go back.
