My friend posted about 7 cups on her Facebook, but I wasn't really interested at that point.I remembered the name and decided to check it out when I needed some support later on, and I'm so glad I did.

An upperclassmen of mine, is an active listener in 7cupsoftea. And she told me that it's a great place to be a listener for those in need, and it will really help me in developing empathy for other.

It's actually my brother who found it on the internet. He was doing it and showed me 7 cups of tea. It's actually a really great website and i really like it . I'm studying psychology and it's related . It's just great :)
