Hi fellow listeners, I like to mention a valuable skill I use here to make the member feel better and it consists of examples of those successful people who suffered such similar problems and in the process what they did and how they got successful dispite their problems. One of the autobiography I recommend is tough love by Kate rice which is a huge example.
