A user from India sent me an image of a child being abused

I was talking to this user from India when that person became cryptic in their messages. They kept asking questions like "are you?" and "you are?" When I asked what they meant, they sent me a link on imgur. It was of a minor being sexually abused by an adult.

I reported the user but so far their account is still active. Will the admins do their jobs or are they happy with this filth?
