Broken Newbie

I'm hoping for help in this place. I had a couple of friends refer me here. My wife recently left me, we have kids, we work together and still have a shared life. One day I think she wants us to work, the next it's LEAVE ME ALONE. I am so broken and tired. I battle depression, anxiety and PTSD daily. Right now, just breathing hurts. Praying this helps because I don't know what else to do.
