Constant rejection
I'm sorry i do not have an option to put this anywhere else as most other threads are inactive. I just quickly want to express my feelings and say that people constantly reject me if any tiny thing about me bothers them, yet they take on my good qualities and leave for the better. This shows their failure of social skills and empathy, self absorbed 100%
Exactly. People need to grow up and understand that not everything goes their way and they will never find the perfect person for them. Although there are like 7 billion people in the world, they should at least give the people they know a chance. I get it, you can’t make them like you but being like that is such a horrible thing and if they don’t like you, they should tell you that and let you down a little softer rather than dumping you like you’re nothing. Everyone has their own personal features inside and out and if they can’t learn to like you for all sides of you, then they were never worth it in the first place.

I'm sorry you're experiencing that. Some people are self-centered and only care about their own needs and wants. They take from others whenever they see an opportunity and rarely give back. Unable to appreciate what other people have done for them. And continuously focus on the flaw of others.
There are times when I face similar situations. I guess at some point I just numb my feelings not to get bothered by it. It's not ideal, but for me it helps.
I agree with you, it shows their lack of empathy, understanding, and appreciation. If you're in the companion of these kinds of people, always remember that their behavior is a reflection of who they are, not what you deserve to be treated. Everyone deserve to be fully appreciated for all they are, not only for the good in them.
