Cyber lost and grief

Hi everyone on 7 cups. I've been member on here for several years so far. After having a period of searching and finding myself I've come back here and started as a listener. The title of this thread is telling a story that I've been thru this past year. Anyone who ever felt cyber lost and it's still grieving it I'm sure can relate to this. It's real and exists. I wanna listen others opinions and thoughts on this topic to help me and others to cope with it.
