Derealization/depersonalization

I have derealization disorder and Ive never found anyone who has been able to give me good advice on what to do about being numb emotionally/not recognizing myself in the mirror or the sound of my own voice/always having an unearthly feeling as if Im constantly dreaming. Im starting to think theres no point of living if I dont feel like Im alive. If anyone can help me with this please comment or message me thank you
