Does being wrong about stuff justify cyberbulling?

Happens to me ALL the time on Reddit(and to a lesser extent,Quora). Especially when it comes to North Korea[MonBon edited for offensive content]
So,does being wrong=Be a dick to the person who is wrong?

i'm a firm believer that correcting someone in private is almost always better than "canceling" them. sending swarms of people to harass someone for a mistake just harms their mental wellbeing but correcting them and educating them on why they're wrong is actually constructive and helpful.
