Hi, I just joined this group. I've been dealing with anxiety since before I can remember but lately it's definitely gotten worse, hence why I'm here trying to get some help or support in any way. I haven't quite figured out this site yet but I'm working on it. You can call me Sam, my favourite colour is yellow and I speak a bit of Spanish (amarillo is yellow in spanish), I probably have too many issues to be a listener but I'm here.
