This is my first experience with any sort of community/counselling. I am really looking forward to the opportunity to better myself and develop a plan for staying on track with my commitments.

Welcome to 7 cups. 7 cups is an awesome place to be. I am certain you will find what you need to become a better you, gain information, have an outlet etc. It's like planet fitness in that it's a judge free zone. Lol. Enjoy the journey and be well.
