Greetings! Though it is not my real name, you can call me Bee. I reside in the Southern States and have a lot of personal experiences that range from one end of the spectrum to the other. I am very new to 7 cups but have already understood what a powerful opportunity it gives us to reach out and help. However I just don't understand the interface yet. Could somebody please tell me why I keep on hearing phone alerts. Is there something I should be doing when I hear that?

Hello. I'm from LA. I'm a little worried about going back to school. I'm good at making acquaintances but they usually never turn into anything more because I've been in a state of emotional and mental numbness for around 7 months. Right now I'm out of that and happy. I'm just a little scared that I forgot how to connect with people.
