Friend spoke about this to me
A friend of mine with whom there are generally discussions on different topics as human aspects, qualities, relations, self improvements... etc he spoke about this and I am here. Looing forward for some real creative stuff
My boyfriend has been struggling with anxiety and depression and I had been serving as his main support system and pseudo-therapist. I reached a point at which I became emotionally overwhelmed and didn't feel like I could help him objectively how a therapist could. He went searching for other sources of support, found 7 cups, and told me about it! I became an active listener initially hoping to serendipitously end up chatting with him on the site. That has yet to happen, but I think this is an amazing program, I'm glad I found it, and I've really been enjoying listening to people and hearing about their lives and experiences.
