I've come across a few online therapy sites, but I'd recommend traditional therapy if you can afford it. I've gotten more out of it than talking to people online, and in some cases it's cheaper. Online therapy can be as much as $5 per minute, which is $300 an hour. The average is probably 3, or $180 an hour, but that's still pricey to me. Some offer email options, one of which I know is $35 per email -- which is alot, but not if you're getting something out of it.
