I found this site back when I was talking to my ex and he mentioned he struggles with depression. I suggested it helps to talk to people and when searching on google for places to anonymously talk about personal issues I found this site to be the best out of the bunch that I found. I have my own struggles to as well and later on I decided it might be good for me to talk on here as well. So that's basically how I found this site.
