I have relied on support groups to heal from a broken childhood since 1972. I have benefitted greatly from pro therapy, but peer support is where I have learned how to apply all that expertise to daily life.

The latest curve ball life has sent me is proving to be a doozy. In September last year, the traffic deaths of my son and his wife thrust me into a second parenting career at the age of 64 for his 3 orphans, ages 7, 4 and 19 months. In February, we thought we were seeing a light at the end of the proverbial tunnel with our progress in new schools, counseling, etc. The proverbial light turned out to be the fast moving train to Coronaville. Crash, boom, bang. . .

The new academic school year is upon us and the New Normal for public schools is as clear to this 20th century dinosaur as Appy Parenting and Child Play Dating.

I'm grasping at straws here. Feeling more socially distant with every masked/talking head encounter. . .

P.S.

No tech coaching needed. My tech career started in 1973 Military Communications. I am fine with the technical aspect of on-line support. It be the user logic I am struggling with.
