Habit RPG is a site to help keep your organized and rewards you for doing positive tasks, and there are suggested challenges that you can join to add to your to do lists. One of the challenges was about making a 7cups account and helping people who need to talk.

That's really funny, because I used to help myself get tasks done by drawing out a similar game on my blackboard; I gave myself points for performing tasks: the harder the task, the more points I gave myself. It worked because I was addicted to large numbers, and because it would only be fun if I didn't cheat :>
