I heard about it on Facebook from two friends that attend the same school as me. I thought "hmm, they say it's a great experience, I should check it out."

My best friend was already part of the 7 cups community and I thought I should give it a try. I'm glad I did, I'm feeling better now that I'm on here. It made me realise that I'm never alone and people actually listen to me.
