Heartbroken with a blank slate

Hi,
im approaching my late thirties and my
long term partner just broke up with me as I was about to move across the world to be with them. I left my
job, my house and my home for them. So now, here I am struggling with all sorts of emotions and not sure what to do with them. Anxious, sad, angry, confused. one big rollercoaster of emotions and nobody to talk to.
