Hello Everyone.

Hello everyone, my name is Connor O'Neill. I am male, 20 and I currently live in Hanoi, Vietnam. I am new to this community.

Some of my interests include: music (mostly metal), drawing, writing, video games, films and fitness.

I used to have problems with substances, namely tobacco, marijuana and alcohol; so far I have been clean for 20 weeks and I am fully determined to stay that way. I, though, struggle with validation more often than I think I do, mainly because I used to be looked down on and rejected by groups of peers and was virtually an outcast half of my K-12 years. I also have struggled with depression, stress and anxiety.

I just recently heard about about 7Cups and I really look forward to explore and discover about this. I know the struggles are mutual and I hope that I and the people here can share our stories and help each other brave the storms, be it mental or physical.

I also hope I will get to meet people and make friends here.
