Hello! Still getting familiar with everything

My name is Michelle and I have been struggling with anxiety and depression for many years. This year these feelings have really been taking over my life and I started therapy a few months ago which has helped me greatly. I work as a full time caregiver and I have a supportive husband and two cats 🐱🐈 I'm looking forward to getting to know this community :)

@specialEyes53 thanks that is where i went it says i already have a therapist but in my settings i canceled that one but it wont let me get a new one...
