Hello...

I'm very shy, so it's been hard to introduce myself. Lately I've been struggling with body image issues because I had to take Prednisone for my asthma and I gained a ton of weight. Now my body looks awful and I hate it. I was talking to a friend and he told me about 7 cups, so I thought I'd give it a try. You guys have a ton of communities I've been peeking into for my adhd, depression, and anxiety. A lot of people have even messaged me... You all seem very nice. I look forward to future conversations with you guys.
