Now allow me to introduce myself; I am LPyMP but you can call me LP for short. I am an ambivert so I guess that means I can be shy sometimes and outgoing others. I love long walks on the beach cooking baking anything food prep related I'm game. I have anxiety and high stress sometimes and I have an anger problem BUT thanks to all the wonderful people here and all the great tips techniques and exercises I'm doing so much better. You're going to love it here cardi. Welcome
