Hi, my name is Therese. I am almost 30. I'm struggling with a lot. Depression and anxiety mainly but more are being discovered. I don't even know where to begin. I'm having a hard time continuing everyday. I feel lost and don't want to bring my support team down with my constant emotional problems. Social anxiety is ruining my life. Thank you for any and all help.

So nice you're at 7Cup. I hope you'll have many nice moments here. I hope you see a doctor for your depression to have med. You can talk to a listener 1:1 (it is like shoes, you may try some before you find one that is good for you) - or you can come to sharing circle.
