Hello, I'm 42 and the last year or so has been really hard. I've had a minor breakdown today at work and they gave me paperwork that had this on it so I'm trying. I have experienced a lot of change in the last 12 months and I'm struggling. That's very hard for me to admit but I'm hoping that opens a few things for me. Anyway, sorry didn't mean to ramble. But yeah hello.

Change is challenging; all I can say is that you get to control how you handle it!

Every moment that makes you fall off course is an opportunity to make a new one! While it might seem grim and hard to see, the moments when things are the worst, your actions now will define who you are tomorrow.

No matter what happens, there is a future of you that is successful and happy, and she is depending on you right now to get back up and keep at it!

You got this!

Hey there @Countygirl81,

It takes so much courage to open up here, and thank you for doing that! ❤️ It sounds like you've been carrying a heavy the past 12 months and its totally expected and normal that you are overwhelmed by all the changes. Change can be very tough, especially when it feels like it's hitting you from all directions. But you're not alone in this, okay? Sometimes, just putting your thoughts into words is a big powerful step. I hope you're feeling better after all this 😁

And no need to apologise at all - this is a safe space to let it all out. Know that we are all here to support you whenever you need! You've got this!

Hello @Countygirl81

Just want to start off by saying, I am sorry to hear that you are struggling. But I am really glad to hear you say something like this out loud. That's progress! Admitting something really takes a lot of courage. Is you ever want to have a chat, please feel free to reach out. Just know that both the good times and the bad times will pass. You're not going to feel this way forever.
