First of all, I would like to thank anyone reading this and taking the time to read me. I really need help so I will be true to myself. Here we go:

I am here because I am a toxic person, and I don't like that. I really want to change. I used to be a very good person and I don't even know when that changed. I am married to an awesome man, that loves me with all my weaknesses and fully supports me. I want to change for me and for us.

I moved from one country to another when I was 18, and since I moved to the United States, I was not able to make any friends. So, I don't have any friends. I experience a lot of jealousy, I have a dependency issue with my husband, and I just feel like I have a very black heart. I don't want to be like this anymore, I don't want to feel all this things. I don't feel this things toward my husband, but other people. Any tips, advises or support will be greatly appreciated

hullo there! welcome to 7 Cups :)

I would think about somethings that are positive about yourself, and take small steps to notice them and expand on them. You want to love your husband, and you want to change paths to a more positive one. You want to be very supportive, and you also appreciate your husband for his supportiveness. So long you recognize that you want the path to positive change, and that you recognize that these challenges are challenges that can be overcome, I think you are set on the right track.

Try keeping a gratitude journal, and see what things about yourself, or people, things around you, that you appreciate. Then make some goals to show that gratitude, and show that you care! It doesn't have to be big things, because little steps and little adjustments allow us to stay focused on an everchanging journey.

I wish you luck!

I think have the self-awareness and reaching out for support is an amazing step in the right direction. Everyone had their own path to become the person they want to be but we need as many cheerleaders as possible! I am more than happy to cheer you on and celebrate your achievements along the way...so "high five" for posting this and being open. I recently went through a journey of self discovery and I found that exploring WHY I have the reaction I do and why I am so reactive was a huge part of my healing. Explore what's behind the surface issues and start at the foundation...I think that is where a lot of people find some insight. I am sending love your way and please keep us posted!
