Lately I've been feeling so alone even when I'm around other people. It just takes so much energy to do anything and even when I accomplish anything I don't feel any satisfaction. The more I try to dig myself from this hole it seems I only get deeper. I just don't feel like fighting anymore every battle takes more and more.

@Myherodeku What happens is when people try to fight their situation, they usually create goals and standards they don't achieve, which leaves them feeling discouraged. Google "what you resist persists" to see what I mean.
Much depends on us. Try to adjust to positive thoughts.
