Hello, just a lost student
Hello all, I am Daron. I've been on this site before but haven't really used it back then because of distractions in my life.
I'm back because my life feels like it's at a stand still. I'm 21 and feel lost, I barely feel like doing things nowadays and because of that I distanced myself from my friends and family, not intentionally it just turned out like that.
I finished at a community college with an associates degree in liberal arts, but now I don't know what to do. My initial plan is to continue my education, on a computer science path, which was what I always wanted since I was young, I still enjoy the subject but now I don't know if that is what I want to do for the rest of my life.

Firstly, well done for returning and trying to seek proper support/advice.
Feeling lost and empty can be a difficult feeling. I have been there a number of times throughout my life and it felt like a never ending story. Pulling away from friends and family is common on your situation however is the complete opposite of what you need. You need someone to make you feel wanted and secure - so you dont feel lost. It's personal preference whether you'd want this person to be an online buddy or someone you know in reality.
Congratulations for completing a degree!
If you want to go down the computer path then go for it! Don't overthink whether it's right or wrong because if you've got the passion and you enjoy it then you'll feel great - if you dont enjoy it, you can always leave it, the world won't end.
