Hello, not sure how to start.
I guess this is where I say hello. I guess Im looking for some help with depression and anxiety. Im 32 and have dealt with these issues for 14 years without any kind of professional help. Im hoping this is a first step with the 7 cup community

You've come to a great site for freinds and support. Your not alone! We all eventually must reach out for help, but many never do. Give yourself a lot of credit, its a proud day when you begin learning how to heal and learn more about what is really important. Just being here was a great start. It dodsnt happen in one day, but the more you give of yourself, the more you will learn that all along we had what it takes. When you help othets, it give us a direction and a purpose which is a huge first step. Talk to many listeners and you will find one that really clicks with you. I look forward to logging in here.
