Hello to you reading this ..
I had wrote in one of these threads a while back and it made me sad I couldn’t find it ☹️ a couple people had responded to my lovely post but I wasn’t able to respond or find it, so I hope whoever responds I’ll be able to find you later. So, I’m new here .. it was my bf who told me to try 7cups and I’ve never heard of this website. But I find it to be soothing knowing I can relate to others going through some difficult times. I lost my sister on New Year’s Eve .. and it’s been a really tough journey without her. She was only 32 and she suffered from cardiac arrest and it just went downhill. I struggle with how she died because she was fairly healthy.. I mean she would drink and smoke cigs and the ganj (which I guess is not healthy) but she didn’t have any other underlying diseases or was diabetic or anything of that sort. I dont understand why she was taken so young. She had the biggest heart and was always willing to help out others.. we also lost my dad about 7 years ago due to drinking so we struggled with his passing but I know it was really hard on my sister. She always brought up my dad every time she was frustrated and it just was a lot.. I tried to do my best to also grieve right and help her be stronger but I know it hurt her. I know she’s happy with my dad right now But I just get sad knowing I have two angels watching over my family.. I also have a 1.5 year old daughter so I am doing my best to be as strong as I can for her and for myself.. i dont want to go down the wrong path after losing my sister but we were so close. We talked about every day and it makes me sad shes not here.. she was my only sibling 🥺
Pray and talk to other people to help you get through your pain don't bottle your emotions know that they did the best when they could and while they could. Also know that they left a very positive imprint on you where u can use the tools that they gave you to help your child learn about your father and your sister
