Help yourself by helping others!

Well hello there! I am a teenage girl a step away from being 20 but worried about a thousand things from friendships to relationships and battling with depression and my anxiety as well as my long term sleep issues. I have found that helping others power through their emotional problems, can help make ones self feel better. I know it might sound egotistical but i promise its intended in the best of ways. Sometimes when im going through something, i dont want to talk about it right away, i need to process. Well, with 7Cups, i can channel that energy that i feel, whether bad or good, and use it to help someone else whilst processing my own problems. When I am finally ready to battle my own demons and need someone to talk to i can just switch to my Members account and talk about it with someone. 7Cups has really been a way for me to experience the real and true meaning of you get what you give. Giving into a community that gives back is a life changing experience and I think everyone should have the luxury to experience it. So for the people who are already here, id like to say, this is easily one of the best choices youve made.
