I love to help others.
I started out as a listener doing one to one chats.
Then moved from that to helping in the support rooms.
Now I am in leadership here at 7cups.

hi there! I’m new to this. If you have seen any of my posts (most with trigger warnings) my whole reason, is basically within my threads. I even posted something under the Newbie Group tonight. I’m still learning this app and ways it can be helpful.

Struggling with mental health, really bad. Just a FREE Support thing that’s extremely helpful. If you’ve (anyone) been following my posts (a lot with trigger warnings, under the anxiety/trauma groups) that’s why.
