Im new to all of this so I apologize if I dont make sense, This may even Be long.
I am a 31 year old Biological male.
i have Suffered depression/anxiety for a Long time and It has Kept me from Enjoying alot of things In my life and Has made it Extremely hard to Make sense of alot of Things that Go through my mind.
my Sexuality, My Emotions, My Beliefs and Even My Identity itself has become an Unsure Area for me.
Its My hope to Gain some sort of Understanding of Who I am and who I want to be. Maybe I can Get past The Depression/anxiety all together and Finally Know Myself.

I am so glad that you are here and there is a community that can support you and helps you to make some sense of what is going on with you. I am so glad you came here to 7cups. You will find much support and find friends that really care about you. I have been a member since 2017 and I love the people and the support.

Thank you for Reaching out and I am Glad To have found a place with This much support all In one place. Im sorry, As its my first time here, I do feel alittle Overwhelmed due to my Anxiety/depression. I Havent Really had alot of Luck being able to reach out about certain things so im Not really Good at it. That said, I would Be Completely fine with You checkin in Once in a while.
there are some aspects of My mental illness and current Identity situation that May take a while to Work through for me so I do Enjoy The offer. Thank you very much.
