My name is Michael and I'm struggling. I don't know my way around here and I don't know who to talk to. So I'm lost and kinda confused. Lately I've been very off balance emotional and had some anger episodes and panic attacks. I don't want to be that kind of person. So I have to try something. Hopefully I can learn something here. Really hope everyone is doing ok. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
