Hi Everybody

I'm new to 7 cups. I've known about this place for a little over a year now, but I never felt the need to talk to someone. I've tried therapy in the past, but it wasn't very effective for me. I turned 28 this year and I realized there are some negative things about my past that I either chose to ignore or didn't consider how much they affected me. I guess through the jadedness there is a part that wants to find the old me.
