I'm here as I finally realised I needed help and people to chat to about stuff. That said if anyone wants to chat to me know that I too will listen and not judge at all. I love to help others, I love animals (especially helping in the local animal sanctuary with the dogs) and I'm here to feel better about myself.
Hi animallover! I'm bea, and I'm new too. I'm here for similar reasons as you, I struggle a lot with anxiety and thought it might be helpful to have a little support network I could carry around on my phone.
