Hi... I'm new here. New to chat rooms in general. I suffer from a lot of anxiety for no apparent reason. I even get anxious about being anxious. It is getting in the way of everything and causing depression. I went down the alcohol path to deal with it and ended up an alcoholic. Although I have been sober for a few years now, I still struggle emotionally. I would love to help support and be supported by others who struggle.
