Welcome! Hope this place keeps you in a good mindset. I have not chatted with a real person yet, but I might find the courage to fo that soon.
I hope you feel this place is safe and know that you are not alone! Everyone here is trying to better themselves and I think that is a great step that everyone is taking. It takes a lot of courage to know when something is not right and to start on a new path.
