I'm Soma, happy to meet you all!
My mental health is not in a good state right now. I am depressed and have agoraphobia with panic disorder. On top of that, the pandemic made me really isolated and I struggle a lot with staying in contact or meeting new people. I'm here because I desperately want to just talk again with people but are often to afraid or don't know how to reach out. So yeah hope you all have a good day :)

first off, welcome to the 7 cups family. We're so glad you joined us and we really appreciate you here with us. I am so sry for your hardships but just to share what you shared publicly like that shows how resilient and how courageous you are. Im proud of you that you shared and honored by it too. We are here for you when you are really ready to interact with us. Absolutely no pressure, everything im baby steps towards your progress.
